Usage
demyx restore <app> <args>
demyx restore traefikDescription
Restores a WordPress app from a backup. By default, Demyx removes the existing app first (containers, volumes, config), then reinstates it from the backup archive. The app is recreated with the same domain and credentials stored in the backup.
Arguments

# Full restore (today's backup)
demyx restore domain.tld
# Restore from a specific date
demyx restore domain.tld --date=2025-10-01
# Database-only restore
demyx restore domain.tld -d
# Config-only restore
demyx restore domain.tld -c
# Skip the confirmation prompt
demyx restore domain.tld -f
# Restore Traefik certificates

- The restore process removes the existing app before restoring. Make sure you have a recent backup.
- Use
-dto restore just the database without touching files — useful after a bad migration. - Config restore (
-c) is useful if you accidentally corruptedcompose.ymlor.env.
